  Richard and his assistant were okay. The assistant came in with a bad attitude from the start. I booked them for 4 hours and had lots of extra moving blankets to use for the move. They did not use all the moving blankets and rushed to be done in 2.5 hours. Some of the furniture was not even wrapped. They also forced my TV into a box and ripped it because they rushed. They were very fast, but I wish they had slowed down to properly wrap everything and be more careful with my stuff. They didn’t want to be there and wanted to be done as fast as possible, sometimes being aggressive with my items to fit their schedule even though I booked them with plenty of time.

  I’m really disappointed with my recent moving experience. The movers I hired did not help me as expected. They moved extremely slowly and seemed annoyed when I tried to ask questions or direct them on what needed to be done. Although they were polite at times, their attitude made me feel very uncomfortable. At the end of the day, I had to hire additional movers because they didn’t finish the job. They even left three large pieces of furniture in my U-Haul truck — I honestly don’t know what they expected me to do with them on my own. As a single woman, I hired professionals because I needed help, and I paid good money expecting the job to be done properly. Overall, I feel frustrated and let down by the lack of professionalism and effort. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I would like a partial or full refund.
